Shipping policy
All Bandit Cru products are made to order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock, which means every order is produced specifically for you after you place it.
Production time: 2-5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery time (after production):
- United States: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 7-20 business days, depending on destination
Total time from order to delivery is typically 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Bandit Cru is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or events outside of our control (severe weather, carrier delays, etc.). If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
